Licensure in Telemental Health Counseling (DCC). I received my

Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Williams Baptist University in

2002. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the

I have been working in the mental health field since 2000, and have a

variety of experience in residential, in-patient, out-patient, day

treatment, school-based and private practice settings. For much of my

career, my primary experience has been with teens and young adults,

but I also am well experienced in working with adults and a variety of

life issues. I incorporate a very person-centered, along with

a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and pyschodynamic, approach

into my practice, and both challenge my clients and encourage them

to finding their way in a challenging world, as well as providing an

utmost safe haven to process through their needs.

I specialize in treating individuals with emotional, traumatic, and mental

health issues including: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, suicidal

ideations, behavioral problems, major life transitions, coping skills, and

more.

I am currently seeing Telehealth clients only through Doxy.me, as well

as am accepting self-pay services only at a discounted rate. Please

feel free to contact our office Monday-Friday between 9AM-4PM at (479) 709-2369.

In my leisure time, I enjoy advocating for animals, being a Mom to my 3 dogs and 3 cats, all things sports, and traveling.
