Lyra Health is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers benefits for mental health care services, and is often offered by a variety of organizations to employees as an additional benefit to their health insurance plan. Through this benefit, an employee is able to seek services without having to worry about deductibles or copays for however many sessions the Lyra benefit offers before ever having to use their health insurance plan.

Simply login, search for us by name, and request a referral. As soon as we receive the referral, someone from our office will reach out to gather further information, as well as will give you further instruction.
